Track Your Order

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you'll get an email with your
tracking number and a direct link to follow your package.

You can use that link to track your delivery in real time, whenever you like.

Keep in mind that tracking information can take 1 to 3 business days to start
updating once your order has been processed. If nothing shows up right away,
that's completely normal.

CAN'T FIND YOUR TRACKING EMAIL?

Check your spam or promotions folder. If it's still not there, email us at
info@nivoxshop.com with your order number and we'll send it again.

IS YOUR ORDER RUNNING LATE?

Estimated delivery is 7-14 business days from the day it ships. If that window
has passed and nothing has arrived, get in touch and we'll make it right.

We reply within 24-48 business hours.
