Track Your Order

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you'll get an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel.

You can use that link to track your delivery in real time, whenever you like.

Do bear in mind that tracking information can take 1 to 3 working days to start updating once your order has been processed. If nothing shows up straight away, that's completely normal.

Can't find your tracking email?

Have a look in your spam or promotions folder. If it's still not there, email us at info@nivoxshop.com with your order number and we'll send it again.

Is your order running late?

Estimated delivery is 12 working days from dispatch. If that's been and gone and nothing has arrived, get in touch and we'll sort it out.

We reply within 24-48 working hours.
