SHIPPING POLICY

Free delivery on every order within the United States. No minimum spend.

PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed.
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

DELIVERY TIMES
United States    7-14 business days

Orders ship from our overseas fulfillment partner, which is why delivery
takes longer than a US retailer. We'd rather tell you that up front than
surprise you.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
There is nothing to pay on delivery. Any duties or import charges are
already included in the price you paid.

TRACKING
Tracking updates can take 3-5 days to start showing movement after your
order ships. This is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.

IF YOUR ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED
If 20 business days have passed and your order still hasn't arrived,
email us at info@nivoxshop.com and we'll either resend it or refund you
in full. You won't need to chase us twice.
