How does it work?
How does it work?
You set the alarm on the watch itself — no phone, no app, no pairing. Then you wear it to bed.
At the time you set, it vibrates against your wrist. There's no sound and no light, so it wakes you and nobody else. And because you feel it rather than hear it, you come round at your own pace instead of being launched out of bed by a noise.
It does two other things quietly. Through the day it counts your steps and the calories you burn, and you read them on the watch — there's nothing to install and no account to open. Waking you is what it's for; the rest is simply there when you want it.
Slim enough to forget you're wearing it, and comfortable to sleep in. Available in black, white, blue and pink.
Will it actually wake me?
Will it actually wake me?
Yes — and it's harder to sleep through than you'd expect. The vibration is against your skin rather than a sound coming from across the room, so you don't need volume to notice it. Most people find they end up using less intensity than they thought they'd need.
If you're a heavy sleeper, wear it a little snugger for the first few nights. It takes most people about a week to get used to waking up this way.
How do I charge it?
How do I charge it?
There's no cable and no charger. The USB connector is built into the band itself — unclip it, plug the watch straight into a laptop, a plug adapter or any USB socket, and that's it.
A single charge lasts one to two weeks, depending on how often the alarm goes off. Plug it in while you're in the shower and it's ready before you're dressed.

Try it for 30 days. If it isn't for you, send it back and we'll refund you — no complicated forms.
One honest note: changing how you wake up takes a little getting used to. Most people need about a week before it feels normal, so give it a fair run before you decide.
Every order also includes The Wake-Up Science Report, a short guide on why loud alarms wreck your mornings. That's yours to keep either way.

Built for a calmer morning.
A buzz on your wrist beats a noise across the room. Every morning.

A better way to wake up
Set your wake-up time. Then forget it's there.

A buzz, not a blare
No sound and no light — just a vibration against your skin. Your body registers it without the jolt, so you come round at your own pace instead of being launched out of bed.

No phone in the bedroom
It doesn't pair with anything, so there's nothing to install and nothing to sign up for. You set the time on the watch itself and your phone can stay in another room.
Set it and forget it
The USB connector is built into the band, so there's no cable and no charger to lose. Plug it into a laptop while you're in the shower and it's ready before you're dressed.
